Size down TWO if you don’t carry weight in your UPPER tummy (IE Size 8 skip the 7, wear the 5) for a fitted waist

Size 16/17 wears a 15 roomy and 13 LOCKED AND loaded   (Ash wears the 15)

Size 14/15 wears a 13 roomy and 11 locked and loaded

14w-24w Torrid Lane Bryant ladies (who don't have a smaller waist): Stay true to that size since these brands run similar to Judy Blues.  If you want a super fitted waist, you can size down one more.
