Judy Blue “South for Winter” Thermal Skinny

Featuring a lightweight thermal lining, these are a turn on classic skinny jeans.  These are thicker feeling like wearing a pair of leggings underneath jeans.  You can wear your regular dept store size minus one for a snug fit or stay in your regular department store size without sizing down for a softer fit waist.  Ash is a 16/17 in the 15 and can do the 14w for a softer fit waist also.
