These lightweight cotton content jeans by Zenana are perfection with a tunic or longer cardigan.  As with most colored denim, the fabric will not hold you in as much as blue jean denim does so pay attention to the sizing chart below.  Ash is a 14/16 at 7 weeks postpartum in the 1X.

Sizing

IF YOU ARE PEAR SHAPE or Apple shape with weight in your hips and smaller legs, these are a boxy cut and probably not the best fit for that body shape.
